Meet Laura Executive Director & Director of Education

Dr. Laura joined our team in 2019. She holds a bachelor of arts in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Neumann University, a master’s degree in Education from West Chester University, and she just recently earned her higher education doctoral degree (Ed. D.) at St. Joseph's University (May, 2025!). Dr. Laura has been making her mark on childcare for over 23 years. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, Frankie, cooking, and spending time with her three children.

6 w - 12 m

Relationships are no. 1 for 1 and under. We foster trust and help your little ones investigate the world around them.

Toddlers

12 - 24 m

Our teachers support your child as they continue to develop their independent selves.

Twos

2 - 3 yrs

We practice expressive language to help your child in all areas of their development, especially the big emotions that come with the territory.

Bridge

2.5 - 3.5 yrs

We support all areas of continuous development, setting your child up for success in and out of the classroom.

PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

The PA DOE considers the education of its children to be among the highest priorities of state government and has dedicated many resources toward that end. Educators who are PA DOE certified prepare for their responsibilities in the schools of the Commonwealth through the completion of a State Approved Teacher Education program (includes student teaching or field experience), The Pre Service Academic Performance Assessment (PAPA) in Reading, Writing and Mathematics, and completing application materials documenting that all certification requirements have been met.

KEYSTONE STARS

STAR 4

Pennsylvania’s Keystone STARS program is an initiative of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) to improve, support and recognize the continuous quality improvement efforts of early learning programs. The Keystone STARS Performance Standards provide the foundation for the program and are grouped into four levels – Standards, Training, Assistance, Resources and Support. Each level builds on the previous level and utilizes research-based best practices to promote quality early learning environments and positive child outcomes.
