Meet Jyoti Owner
Jyoti Verma, co-owner of The Goddard Schools located in Henderson and Las Vegas (South), NV, earned her Master of Science degree in MIS and Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Economics Major). She was always passionate about children, education, and community hence, wanted her life-work to crystallize around those three focal points. She’s excited to operate a business that plays an important role in the community by providing exceptional service for children and that is centered on her most important priority—family. Ms. Jyoti is proud to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in the community.

Relationships are no. 1 for 1 and under. We foster trust and help your little ones investigate the world around them.

We practice expressive language to help your child in all areas of their development, especially the big emotions that come with the territory.

I have had both my kids at the Goddard school since they were 3 months old and would do it all over again if I go back. Goddard is like a second home for us. The owner is beyond amazing! Her exceptional kind heart and sweet personality itself would set them apart from any other daycare. Every member of their staff will treat your kids with respect and love.
Honestly, perhaps one of the best decisions I have ever made for my young family. They treat Benjamin as if he is their own child, and he thrives there. Jyoti, Gia, and the entire staff have always been excellent. Could not recommend them more.
The staff is responsive, patient and so very kind! My child has thrived under the structure and I can tell he is learning a ton...without him even realizing it ;)
We really appreciate how much it seems like the focus is on the kids, and doing the right thing for each child. Our daughter is happy ever single day that we pick her up and never wants to leave her friends at Goddard and the teachers she has interacted with have all been great. We really trust that she is getting the best care possible.

SPREAD THE WORD NEVADA
Spread the Word Nevada (STWN) is dedicated to advancing early childhood literacy by placing books into the hands of children within Southern Nevada's at-risk, low income communities. It fosters reading and language development opportunities ultimately leading to brighter academic and economic futures for these children. It has successfully distributed around $2.6 million books to more than 343,000 kids of Southern Nevada. Jyoti & Gagan Verma are avid supporters of STWN. They conduct regular book drives/donations and support ongoing fund raisers. Gagan has proudly served on the board of STW for more than 5 years and has actively contributed to STWN's strategic growth planning, effective resource management, program/performance management and image enhancement. He is currently leading an effort to incorporate e-book/e-reader technology into STWN's future programs and services.
