  • Ms Tanny

    Ms Tanny

    Onsite Owner/ Managing Partner
    Ms. Tanny is the onsite owner and managing partner with Rick and Robbin Wells and has been a member of our team since 2012. She also serves as our director of education and curriculum. Ms. Tanny received her Associate's Degree in early childhood education before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (with a minor in education) in 2003 in New York. She moved to McKinney with her family in 2012 and has taught in several age groups at our school. Ms. Tanny became our school Director in 2017 to ensure all the school's teaching staff are properly supported in their efforts to meet or exceed Goddard's stringent standards. She oversees all the communications, education, and marketing plans and works with the school directors to improve operations and achieve the highest standards for our accredited program. With a passion for early childhood education, Ms. Tanny sprinkles fairy dust throughout our school daily. She is committed to elevating educational expectations for all children.

    Ms Robbin

    Onsite Owner
    Robbin Wells is the onsite owner of The Goddard School of McKinney on University Drive. She and her husband Rick, who is co-owner, relocated from Dallas to Lucas in 2003 where they live on an organic farm, raising their two children who attended Lovejoy High School and the University of Oklahoma. Born in Denison where her family still lives, Robbin received a B.F.A. in public relations from Southern Methodist University, a Masters in Journalism from the University of North Texas, and a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Texas Woman's University, where she is enrolled in the doctoral program for child development and early education. Robbin spent 25 years in customer service, sales, and marketing. She served as a Trustee on the Lovejoy ISD School Board 2012 - 2019 and is Board Member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and Holy Family School. She is a former board member of Friends of WRR (101.1 FM), Attitudes & Attire, Fashion Group International, and the Public Relations Society of America. Rick hails from Antlers, Oklahoma, and received his B.B.A. from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He is past president of The Samaritan Inn board of directors and McKinney Magazine. The son of a coach and small-business owner, Rick has been in the restaurant industry his entire life. Today he runs his McKinney-based Wells Hospitality Group, owner of Rick’s Chophouse, Harvest Seasonal Kitchen, and Sterling Events and Catering. Robbin and Rick launched The Seed Project Foundation in 2015 to help fund small ideas with big goals to promote sustainability in our community -- projects that improve the current quality of life without compromising future generations. Its donation farm, McKinney Roots, feeds thousands in our community each year. The Wells are both heavily involved in community outreach and philanthropy, passionate about hospitality and education, and proud to be a part of The Goddard School family.

    Ms Michelle

    Director
    Ms. Michelle is the Director of our Goddard School (Craig Ranch). Ms. Michelle is a knowledgeable child care provider with more than 25 years of extensive experience supervising and guiding a variety of age groups with diverse backgrounds. She is completing coursework for her bachelor's degree and has a long-term interest in managing physical and emotional development of young learners in a loving manner. Ms. Michelle, who has served as our assistant director for five year. Since joining us in 2017, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, partnership, and commitment to our school's mission, first as a floater, then office manager, followed by assistant director and now director. We are confident that under her guidance, our school will continue to flourish, building on the strong foundation we've established together.
  • Ms Anabel

    Ms Anabel

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Anabel is the Assistant Director of our Goddard School (Craig Ranch). Ms. Anabel joined us in 2019 and has eleven years' experience in early childhood education in our community. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) and is currently working on her associate of science at Collin College. Ms. Anabel has been a teacher with us and for the last three years filling in as needed in an administrative capacity. She describes herself as a hands-on educator who loves to listen and react in a teachable moment. We are delighted to have Ms. Anabel's vibrant personality and can-do spirit on our team!
  • Ms Alejandra

    Ms Alejandra

    Lead Teacher- Pre Kindergarten
    Ms. Ally is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-K program. Ms. Ally first joined the Goddard school in March of 2021 before relocating to Little Elm that summer. She connected with so many students during her time here and missed her Goddard family so much. She was very excited to move back to McKinney and re-join the team in June 2022. Ms. Ally became interested in early childhood education in high school while she was a student volunteer working to teach young ESL students. She believes children are our future and feel like sometimes she can learn as much from them as they learn from her. Ms. Ally was born in Honduras and moved to the United States with her family at age 8. She recently married the love of my life and look forward to the future with her husband and her golden retriever, Bella. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.

    Lead Teacher- Pre Kindergarten
    Ms. Angel is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten program. Ms. Angel moved to Texas in 2019 and joined our team as a seasoned pre-kindergarten and early childhood educator. She has her Bachelor of Science in early childhood education and spent six years with Goddard Schools in the northeast before relocating this year. Her education philosophy is to develop a love of learning in children and to use positive reinforcement to help children get ready for Kindergarten. You can see Ms. Angel's smile from across the parking lot, so get ready for a daily does of sunshine from this native New Jersey girl!

    Ms Prasanthi

    Co-Lead Teacher
    Ms. Prasanthi is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-K program. Ms. Prasanthi joined The Goddard School in July 2024 with 8 years of expere4ince in early childhood education, including in an in-home childcare center and a private pre-school setting. She moved to the United States in 2007. Ms. Prasanthi has a genuine desire to educate children and understands the importance of educating our future. She believes the first step is building a trusting relationship and creating an environment where children feel safe to explore the world around them! Ms. Prasanthi likes to cook, watch movies and spend time with her family. She is a mom to two wonderful children- a teenage boy and a teenage girl.

    Lead Teacher - Pre-School
    Ms. Anmaray is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-School program. Ms. Anmaray joined our team in early 2020. She gained years of experience as a nanny and home school teacher for a family with three children and worked as an Infant/Toddler teacher at another preschool for several years. She enjoys watching our youngest students flourish, learn, and grow each and every day. Ms. Anmaray believes that every child brings something unique to the table when it comes to their education and every child's learning style is unique to who they are. She aims to assist each child in exploring their passions and interests in a fun and nurturing environment.

    Ms Ajanee

    Lead Teacher- Pre-School
    Ms. Ajanee is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre School program. She joined the team in December 2022 shortly after relocating to Texas from Alaska, where she was born and raised. She comes with over one year of experience working with young children in a childcare setting along with a few years working as a caregiver in assisted living centers. Ms. Ajanee prides herself on making every child feel safe and loved while they are in their care. In her spare time, she loves to listen to music and hip hop dance. She has an Associate in Business Office Administration from Charter College in Anchorage. She says the biggest culture shock since moving to Texas...the traffic!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Bindhu is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-School program. Ms. Bindhu joined the Goddard team in September 2024 with 3 years of experience teaching in an early childhood education setting. She believes the most important thing a teacher can do is love and listen. Ms. Bindhu loves to create fun learning the environment, so when she came to Goddard, she knew she finally found home away from home. Ms. Bindhu’s philosophy is… there can never be too much love when teaching young minds. Her husband and her have two beautiful daughters- ages 6 and 10. In her free time, Ms. Bindhu enjoy watching dramas, shopping, and hosting gatherings of friends and family at home.

    Lead Teacher-Kids Club
    Ms. Dana is the Lead Teacher in our Kids Club Program. Ms. Dana joined us in January 2018 as a floating resource teacher, floor manager and then as the director, after 13 years in retail management and customer service. Following her dream to work with young children, Ms. Dana chose the early childhood environment to begin a new career doing what she loves. Ms. Dana has a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas. Ms. Dana has decided to return to the classroom, where her passion for teaching and direct interaction with our young learners can truly shine. Her experience and dedication over the years have been invaluable, and we are thrilled that she will continue to inspire and guide our Kinder Prep and school-age students with the same love and organization that defined her time on the management team.

    Skye

    Resource Teacher
    Skye is a Lead Floating Resource teacher at our school. Skye grew up in a family of teachers and have been involved in mentoring young children since middle school. Skye joined the Goddard team as a Summer Intern in 2021 and been with us ever since! Skye came to Goddard with several years of experience. Skye worked with students during Vacation Bible School at church as well as teaching Bible Study to 6th & 7th Grade students. Skye has a passion for aviation and even assisted in building and RV-12 while in high school. Skye earned a student pilots license few years ago and hopes to one day own a plane to soar the skies!
  • Ms Kaylyn Skye

    Ms Kaylyn Skye

    Lead Teacher- Pre-School
    Ms. Skye is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-school program. She was born and raised in Southern Louisiana but moved to McKinney with my family in high school. Her passion for working with young children began in high school while volunteering at her church. Ms. Skye joined the Goddard School in January 2024 with a year of experience working with young children as a Pre-School Assistant Teacher with MISD Employee Childcare and as a skate guard & coach with the Dallas Stars Hockey Club. Ms. Skye enjoys watching children learn, grow, and acquire new skills everyday! She believes children are our future…they need adults to listen and help them feel confident to explore the world around them. Welcome to the Goddard family Ms. Skye!

    Lead Teacher- Toddler
    Ms. Mona is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Toddler Program! She joined the Goddard team in October 2023 after gaining a year of experience in early childhood education as an assistant teacher in a private preschool setting. Watching young children learn, grow, and explore the world around them is incredibly rewarding to Ms. Mona. She can’t imagine doing anything else. She understands that these formative years are crucial for a child’s development, and She loves the fact that she gets to be a part of that journey! The opportunity to shape young minds, help them build strong foundations, and foster a love for learning inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. We are super happy that Ms. Mona is part of our Goddard family!

    Lead Teacher- Get Set
    Ms. Monica is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Get Set program. She joined our school in June 2022 and supports our Infant and Toddler teams. She enjoys being a teacher here at The Goddard School because she loves the opportunity to work with our youngest learners and help them thrive in a loving & nurturing environment. She has a baby girl who is the light of her life, and she strives to care for all her students as she would want someone to care for her daughter. Ms. Monica is a McKinney native and in her free time, she likes to try new restaurants and spend time with her family. One day Ms. Monica hopes to own small catering business specializing in mini pancakes and look forward to passing down her recipes to my daughter one day!
  • Ms Jalauna

    Ms Jalauna

    Lead Teacher- Toddler
    Ms. Jalauna is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Toddler Program. She joined The Goddard School in February 2023 with two years of experience in a Montessori setting working with students aged 18 months to 3 years old. The toddler age group is her jam! She believes that it is important to teach to the individual child, using their interests and personal experiences to make their learning relevant and fun. She has always loved teaching and when students have those ah ha learning moments it is the best feeling in the world! She graduated from McKinney High School, where she was involved in the PALS Program and worked with younger students with differing abilities. Ms. Jalauna has also completed basic coursework and studied health information management at Collin College. She is very creative and loves to express herself in artistic ways.

    Lead Teacher- Toddler
    Ms. Quinyana is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Toddler Program. She enjoys watching young children learn, discover, and explore the world around them. Ms. Q joined the Goddard team in May 2024 with 6 years of experience working with children in an early childhood education setting. Ms. Q began her career teaching at Sunday School where she fell in love with teaching. She thinks when students have those “ah ha” learning moments, that is the best feeling in the world! Ms. Q is a mother of two amazing teenage daughters and family is everything to her. Ms. Q grew up in Florida and made her way to Texas in 2023. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family going on vacations, taking girls trips, or just enjoying life! Welcome to Texas and the Goddard family!

    Lead Teacher- First Steps
    Ms. Harriet is a Co-Lead Teacher in our First Step Program. She joined our team in February of 2024, with 9 years of experience working with infants and young toddlers in an early childhood education setting. Throughout her teaching career, she remained dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is safe, encouraging, and adaptive to the needs of each child. She values the importance of her job as an early childhood educator and recognizes that the care and education she provides to her students helps shape their growth and impacts how they view learning in the future. We are blessed to have Ms. Harriet in our team.

    Lead Teacher - Infants
    Ms. Kayleen is a Co- Lead Teacher in our Infant Classroom. She is originally from Illinois, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Aurora University in and was a member of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society. Ms. Kayleen joined the team in January 2022 with over 6 years of experience working with young children, many of those years as a Lead Infant teacher in a classroom setting or as a private nanny. She has always enjoyed teaching young minds and believes the greatest reward is seeing the spark in a child when they master a new skill and make connections while learning and having fun!

    Ms. Jhanay is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Infant Program. Ms. Jhanay joined the Goddard team in September 2024 with 4 years of experience working with children of all ages in a variety of settings and capacities. She first gained experience at the Howard University Early Learning Program while working on my bachelor’s degree. Then Ms. Jhanay worked with Jumpstart for Young Children in Washington D.C. where she assisted in enhancing underrepresented children’s literacy skills through structured readings and activities. She also has experience working as a language and culture assistant, working to enhance English-speaking and writing skills of Spanish-speaking students. Ms. Jhanay believes that it is important to teach to the individual child, using their interests and personal experiences to make their learning relevant and fun. Ms. Jhanay is eager to gain more valuable experience working with young children as she aspires to work in child and family psychology in the future.

    Ms. Gubba is a Floating Resource Teacher at our school. Ms. Gubba joined the Goddard School in October 2024 with 7 years of experience working in the field of early childhood education in India. After moving to the US in 2021 and spending some time in the IT field, Ms. Gubba decided to peruse her passion for educating young children once again. She enjoys the opportunity it provides to influence and shape the lives of young children. Ms. Gubba values the personal reward and satisfaction that comes from this amazing job! As a member of the Resource Team, Ms. Gubba has the opportunity to get to know all of the students in our school from infants to school age. Ms. Gubba loves how every day is a new adventure at The Goddard School! She prides herself on providing a safe and nurturing environment for students.

    Co-Lead Teacher
    Ms. Nina is the Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-School program. She joined our team in May of 2025. Ms. Nina always had a deep love for working with children. Her passion for education was inspired by the incredible teachers who made a lasting impact on her life. Ms. Nina earned her degree in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education at Brigham Young University. Most recently, she worked as a substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools, where she gained valuable hands-on experience creating nurturing, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Ms. Nina graduated from Battlefield High School in 2019 and grew up on a farm, which sparked her love for animals and the outdoors. She also enjoys using American Sign Language (ASL) and am committed to fostering a positive, inclusive space where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. Welcome to the Goddard family Ms. Nina.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Tari is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Toddler program. She joined the Goddard team in January 2025. She believes that An individualized approach to learning and understanding the needs of students and how they learn best is essential to providing a quality learning environment for young children. Ms. Tari grew up in Canada where she worked in the field of early childhood education for 10 years before moving to the United States in 2023. Also, She has experience of serving as a care assistant providing quality care to elderly patients in a variety of settings. She prides herself on providing attentive care and is dedicated to meeting the needs of children and families. In the classroom, she strives to create a nurturing environment that promotes the overall growth and development of each child. Ms. Tari has 4 wonderful children- 2 boys and 2 girls, ranging in ages from 15-21. In her free time, Ms. Tari enjoys cooking for family and friends. Her favorite cuisine to cook up is African!

    Ms. Marie is an Assistant Teacher in our First Steps program. Ms. Marie joined the Goddard School in January 2025 with a year of experience working at an early learning center, working with primarily two-year old. She has a genuine desire to care for children and understands that the important first step is building a trusting relationship and creating an environment where children feel safe to explore the world around them! Ms. Marie loves watching young children have those “ah ha learning moments” …it is the best feeling in the world! In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, especially comedy and action films, as well as going shopping.
  • Ms Asiah

    Ms. Asiah is a Floating Resource teacher at our school. She joined us in May of 2025. Ms. Asiah is a proud mom to a beautiful daughter named Khloe. She believes that children need unconditional love and support. They truly are the best gift anyone could ask for! Her teaching philosophy centers on the idea that children are incredibly intuitive; they can sense the energy around them and often reflect on what they feel. That’s why Ms. Asiah believes it’s so important to be a positive role model in everything she does. Ms. Aisiah graduated from Allen High School and brings a nurturing, supportive approach to every classroom she is part of. Outside of work, she is a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and loves spending time with her family.
