Meet Terry On-Site Owner
Hello I'm Terry, On-site Owner here at The Goddard School in Third Lake. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Bradley University. I'm proud to say that I have worked at The Goddard School in Third Lake since the school opened in 2004! I have had the unique opportunity to work in almost every position here by starting as a lead teacher in August 2004. In January 2006, I was hired as the Education Director and then became the Executive Director in 2016 where I remained until offered the on-site owner opportunity in May 2023. I was also a parent throughout the years with my 4 children who attended from Infancy - Kindergarten! In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with my kids! I look forward to many more years here at The Goddard School as the on-site owner!!

Infant
6 w - 12 m
Relationships are no. 1 for 1 and under. We foster trust and help your little ones investigate the world around them.
Toddlers
12 - 24 m
Our teachers support your child as they continue to develop their independent selves.
Twos
2 - 3 yrs
We practice expressive language to help your child in all areas of their development, especially the big emotions that come with the territory.
Bridge
2.5 - 3.5 yrs
We support all areas of continuous development, setting your child up for success in and out of the classroom.
Preschool
3 - 4 yrs
We help your child experiment with writing, drawing and painting with a purpose.
Pre-K
4 - 5 yrs
Your child will be kindergarten ready without worksheets!

What Our Goddard Village Is Saying
Everyone from the teachers to the ownership actually care about our children and put them first. They have great resources to communicate with parents and overall are all wonderful people.
We have been thru a number of daycares throughout our daughters first five years, and we are tremendously grateful to have finally ended up at Goddard. The teachers seem to truly love what they do, and are tremendously engaged in the development of the children in their rooms. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the overall communication has been second to none!
Great teachers and staff that have done an outstanding job teaching my child and making his first experience with school extremely positive.
We love the teachers in each class room. Our children have been very happy at Goddard and look forward to school!
